 Grief and Bereavement Support

Our bereavement support helps you understand and deal with the process of mourning. We provide one-on-one support, six-week group support sessions and monthly drop-in or telephone support services.

The monthly drop-in service is located at The Seniors Centre at 56 Francis Street every third Tuesday of the month from 10-11:30am. No pre-registration is required.

Our grief and bereavement support facilitators undergo special training. They are here to help you understand grief, responses to grief and coping with loss in the past, present and future.

Caregiver Support

Hospice Kingston hosts a one hour facilitated Caregiver Support Group

When:  Tuesdays from 1:00-2:00pm

Other Resources

We also offer telephone support to you if you need someone to talk to about your loss. Hospice has an extensive lending library of reading material.
